CLAVIERE SKI SCHOOL IN THE VIALATTEA, ITALY
A long, long time ago in a mountain border village named Claviere, a Ski School was born.
Today Claviere Ski School is over 80 years old !
In 1932, the Italians Winter Sports Federation decided to create the first ski instructor exams in Claviere.
In this fascinating period of adventure on our Olympic Mountains, the ski school family has now grown to include 50 strong instructors, of whom 10 are National Coaches and 10 snowboarding instructors.
Today Claviere Ski School is over 80 years old !

These figures are important and reflect the scale of the work put in place with optimal professionalism on the fifty kilometres of ski runs. To keep pace with the changing times, Claviere Ski School opened a high-performance ski equipment rental complex and has been internationalised to respond to the massive presence of foreign tourists from all over Europe.
Our Ski School instructors are able to offer lessons in Italian, English, French and Spanish. We guarantee the best possible choice of individual and group lessons including skiing, snowboarding, freestyle, carving and Nordic Walking.
The Claviere Ski School pays particular attention to the kids; our potential champions are taught with great passion and care.
The Vialattea mountains and surrounding area offer a unique and breathtaking arena and with the expert guidance of our highly qualified instructors, we offer an added element to an unforgettable holiday.
In a still untouched white scenario, Claviere opens the season in early December and ends in spring (80% of the ski area can even be artificially snowed). Five months in direct contact with nature and these beautiful mountains makes for a perfect snow holiday.
We offer a wide range of alternative activities on the slopes too.
The Claviere Ski School also organises unforgettable adventures with snow shoes, milky-way tours, night torch-light descents, ski competitions and more!
